Janet - I would like to thank you
for the care and attention I received from you during my recent
dental treatment. I have had a great deal of dental treatment
over the years and when I first consulted you I had quite
a hotpotch of mismatched dental work. I always felt unable
to express my disappointment to the dentists who treated me.
Since attending you my mouth is in better condition than it
has ever been in my adult life. The difference is in the fact
that you and your team really care about the individual and
listen to the patient and produce excellent quality and aesthetically

Hi Janet, I had to write to you
personally to say thank you for providing such a fantastic
dental service! I’ve been a patient at Ferryburn for
over seven years and the standard of care has remained at
the same high level throughout. You have thought of everything
needed to make a visit a pleasure – from the high quality
of dental care, to the outstanding customer-centric staff
throughout, to the cleanliness of the practice, to the ease
of making an appointment with the recent added bonus of being
kindly reminded by text. I am always taken on time, I am never
rushed and I know I matter to you and your staff.
My dental care has always mattered
to me and it has been great to find a practice with the same
attitude right on my doorstep. I appreciate I also need to
keep on top of the flossing between visits and the regular
‘ratings’ help enormously either giving me a boost
or a reminder. Coupled with an excellent hygiene service,
I have enjoyed knowing that my dental needs are in excellent
hands.
You and your staff have taken great
care of me over these seven years and I wished to take a moment
